    They said they'd ship same day. To me, same day means label created and handed to postal service. No, they created the label but then it wasn't shipped for several days. I recommend the seller clarify that policy. Other than that, I have to give 5 stars as the jacket was as described, in excellent condition and thoughtfully packaged. Thank you!

    Worked with me on price, and shoes were in good condition. However, 4 days after label was provided item hadn’t shipped. I messaged asking about it. The NEXT day i messaged again and they said it would update that day. After 3 days i messaged again (and was ignored) and the carrier was finally in possession(8 days after label made) . It took 2 weeks NOT having to go through authentication . Shoes also didn’t come with any type of replacement box, paper, bubble wrap. Just shoes in a box. 👎🏼

    Poor Communication and Delivery Issues I had a very disappointing experience with this order. The package was delivered, but I never received it, and I don’t know who it was given to. I contacted the seller six times asking for help to change or hold the delivery, but I received no response at all. Extremely poor communication and support. Would not recommend this seller based on this experience.
