However, the seller was very responsive and offered a full refund or a discount if I chose to keep it. I opted to keep the item, and overall, I’m satisfied with the experience.     The quality, price, and shipping were good. One issue is that I received the wrong length the first time. I sent the chain back and when I got a refund the amount did not include the taxes I paid. I did send a note to that describing the oversight but did not receive a response or a refund on the tax. I know it's a small amount and hopefully just an oversight and not a regular policy.
