  Frustrating that they would sell something they don’t have in stock. I waited a week, as they added tracking but it never shipped. When I messaged for an update, I was told it was lost during shipping. Later I was told they never had it in stock. :(

  I searched for this for a while. When ordered, delivery was to be quick. After many days I was told it "did not arrive". They cancelled it a offered a refund. I have a specific requirement so had to search for another device. Glad they offered the refund. That was positive. But wherever it was to come from, that is not. Hoping it was U.S.
