  The product arrived incomplete. In the image appeared the original wooden spatula to apply the wax, but it did not come. Instead they put a plastic palette that is not good for that. It bothers me because they show one thing and send another. I tried to contact the seller and he doesn't respond. I saw in the comments that this is something common with this seller. It seems unfair to me and I want a refund. 😒 and they don't let me request a refund they ask me to return the item and I don't have
