  This seller was so quick to respond back to me. When I got my faucet I realised that the mounting hardware was not in the box. I sent a message to the seller and got a response immediately. Telling that they would contact me fist thing in the morning. The next morning he asked what I was problem . I explained to him what had happened. He said that if he couldn’t find the parts then he would give me 50% back. Sounded like a fair deal. He found the part and shipped it out that same day. Thx
