    WHYBUYNEWGUY is an excellent vendor and he provided me excellent customer service. I purchased a Salamander Designs flatscreen TV mount from him, but was inadvertently sent the wrong size. When I followed up, he apologized and immediately corrected the issue and sent me the correct replacement.
