    Shipped right away and it came in only a few days. It was packed well with everything included, but FedEx still managed to bang it around and break one of the wheels. Thankfully once I told the seller they gave me a refund for the part and I was able to repair it myself which I think is an excellent way to handle something that really wasn't their fault. I'm glad to have a working Roborock and I got it for about $200 less than getting a refurb off Amazon.

    seller sent wrong product first but was very quick to send a replacement, The ad stated new and unused in factory sealed box, the item i recieved was open and had the cord already plugged in with an amazon sticker on it.. While i cannot say for sure if it was new, It was however unmarried and ready to install. overall i'm happy it works. value was ok, could have been better on an open box/ unknown condition item sold as new.

    Packaging was not good, Everything else is. Mashine as described, after repairing and purshasing missing parts mashine will have its value. Shipping time normal.
