  Shipped right away and it came in only a few days. It was packed well with everything included, but FedEx still managed to bang it around and break one of the wheels. Thankfully once I told the seller they gave me a refund for the part and I was able to repair it myself which I think is an excellent way to handle something that really wasn't their fault.
