  Item is missing from box. That fact was posted in UPS tracking. Notified shipper and another post showing shipping was made by shipper not showing the damage statement that was made in tracking. UPS said they mailed the claim forms. eBay will not get involved yet. I have no product and don’t have my money back. Shipper said it is a process. I want my money back now!

  buyer does not understand how an item not received case works. seller is following ebay procedure. UPS has not confirmed loss and this may be an incorrect scan as there is tracking after what buyer claims.
