    Careful packaging. Great items. Some confusion with discrepancies between photos and listing title and description. Questions to seller went unanswered. Ultimately, the item that arrived matched the photos, which is what I had hoped, and was great. However, it did cause some uncertainty and hesitation.

    Packaged very poorly Put 5 books in a little bubble wrap envelope that split and that’s what had to be taped to ship to me. Wondered why it took so long to get here. No response from seller at all. Several messages sent. Books came not as described not all were hardcover as paid for. And corners were all dinged due to simple bubble envelope for five books. Least you could do was box them for goodness sake. Buyers beware of this one. Shady shady seller. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’m sorry you were dissatisfied. The listing photos clearly showed the exact books, including one softcover. The order was shipped promptly via Media Mail, the free shipping option you selected, which can take longer during the holidays. I offered to locate and send any missing book, but my efforts to resolve this were not appreciated. I strive for fair and transparent transactions and regret this didn’t meet your expectations.
