Package was not handed over to shipper for over a week after payment. When package arrived, item had been destroyed due to very poor packaging by seller. Asked seller for a refund, and they said they would open an insurance claim, but failed to initiate refund in a timely manner and stopped communicating. Had to escalate the return to eBay to get refunded. Avoid buying anything fragile from this seller.

Turntable was broken upon delivery. It was missing pieces. None of this was mentioned in the ad. Be aware this is a fraudulent seller. Due to a shipping delay because of a postal strike in canada it can't be returned. If you see this seller... run and find someone else.
