  Despite reading a few customer complaints in their feed back, My rug arrived in two days and they communicated perfectly fine with me an easy transition, wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. The color in the ad is slightly less vibrant than in person it looked bright red it's actually a more maroon red which for me worked out perfectly. Just be aware that there is a slight color variance from the pictures to the in person item.

  Seller attached a bogus tracking number to this purchase to make it look like it was delivered. I was able to find the person that had the tracking number in my town through the fed ex photo and they showed me the package which was not the item I purchased. Seller never responded to my communication. Seller is a scam artist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
