    Place 2 orders, iron scraper wax kit one order and a side bevel file guide one order. Both orders have the same tracking number. I received the iron scraper wax kit with no side bevel file guide in the box. Reached out to shipper about it and he basically said he packed it himself and it was in there. It wasn’t he said he would send a replacement. 2 weeks went by reached out for a tracking number on the replacement and no response. Tracking shows delivered because combined but file not in box.
