    Prompt dispatch and delivery. However the first unit delivered exhibited mechanical faults and the seller without hesitation sent a replacement. Unfortunately this replacement item was not compatible with my model of Apple A16 11th generation 2025 iPad model. My model is one of group with s/n 3354, 3355,and 3356 requiring a different item kit. When advised of this, the item was returned and seller promptly refunded the purchase price.
