  the lift got here just fine the box looked like it had been taped up for the 2nd time. i put the hoist together and found tat 1 of the casters was missing the 2 big ones were there 3 1/2 inch swivel but there was only 3 of the smaller ones 3 inch swivel, there should have been 4 0f these. can you get the dealer that sold this unit to send me 1 3 inch swivel caster. thanks let me know
