  Although there was alarming discrepancy transpired on the part of USPS delivery process, it was resolved through old school communication way (via open letter/note which was inserted in the Outgoing Mail Box) addressed to the Postman to locate and redeliver the item in the appropriate and correct Mail Box/Parcel Box.
