  NO BATTERIES!! SEND ME THE BATTERIES NOW!! I bought 2 basic zappers with two 9V batteries. I GOT the zappers with NO BATTERIES. I emailed the seller about the missing batteries and a cavalier "oops we took batteries out of all the zappers and forgot to put in for your shipment" and a $4.28 refund. I wrote back and said the $4.28 refund was unacceptable, my cost would be a minimum of $15. Keep your $4.28 refund and send me the batteries I paid for!!! .

  flea free came in a bag. so not the original product by manufacturers. It’s a copy of it. i thought was the original Flea free in yellow label bottle. i won’t know if it works for a while. Apparently the manufacturer who invented it did not patent the name.
