  Product arrived broken. When I contacted the seller, he defended the item as brand new because it arrived shrink wrapped. I investigated and learned that these products do not arrive shrink wrapped when new. Furthermore the listing shows the box NOT shrink wrapped. At this point I searched fake vs real and found all the proof that the item I received is counterfeit. The photos feature elements that prove the product is fake. Listing specifically described the item as authentic.

  Cust. Is full of 💩. Cust received a new authentic item in a sealed box. Cust. cont. us claiming damage, but they fixed it and demanded 90% discount, for fixing it & not leaving a net review. We offered 25% discount. Cust contacted eBay stating item is a fake & wanted a full refund & keep the item. We requested a return. Cust returned item in so many pieces we couldn’t sell it as a used item. When is a sell responsible for a buyer who breaks an item after receiving it? Or was it a discount scam?

  Update: They now say that I called them. I didn t, they cancelled my order when in my timezone was 4 am. I coudn t reorder because they immediately taken the offer offline, saying that they sold it to somebody else. The seller cancelled the order saying that I cancelled it. That never happenned. They probanly use this lame excuse to not be penalized by eBay for cancelling orders. I ve even attached a photo of all my conversations with them to show that I did not request them to cancel my order.

  The buyer contacted us and requested that we cancel the order. We did what was asked then, then they leave a negative review pretending they never cancelled the order. We were being nice and respectful by canceling his order without any negative ramifications. We wish the customer all the success.
