The first controller clearly had a faulty component, since almost immediately after connecting it to the battery there was a very loud bang and a strong smell of burning, Contacted seller, explained the problem and asked for a returns note so that they could examine the fault. There was no fuss or quibble and a replacement unit was immediately sent to me. Great service. Many thanks. Will be happy to use again. Obviously, a component failure is not the seller's fault.
