  Qualität für diesen Preis ok. Englische Aufbaubeschreibung, die wie das Original zu kurz ausfällt. Metallteile rollen ungeschützt in der Originalverpackung, was zu kleinen Kratzern führte. Dabei sehe ich aber nicht die Verantwortung beim Händler. Dieser hat den Artikel rasch versendet, also alles Gut.

  I bought a wheelchair for my ill mother. Due to her worsening condition, she is unable to use it so the wheelchair is still in its box. Following the return instructions, I initiated a return to Germany but the seller informed me that the return must be sent to China instead, so would be more expensive and they offered a 60% refund and asked to cancel the return request to receive it. Despite their instructions and engaging with them for over 3 weeks, I have yet to receive the promised refund.
