  Vendor no longer had red color available. Ebay really messed this order cancellation up, and at a VERY inconvenient and difficult time for me. Their options did not address product availability changes, so they refused to allow vendor to cancel until over a month later! What a mess, but vendor and I kept in good communication until the process was complete.

  It took the seller 5 days to ship. The item has no real description and unfortunately this lanyard is ridiculously small. it’s useless, except maybe for a kid. I contacted the seller twice to find out about shipping, after 5 days they finally replied that it had shipped, no real concern. First time I’ve left a a neg, it is warranted.
