  Product was damaged. Sent seller 3 clear photos of the top panel that had so many scratches and requested seller to send a replacement. Seller responded saying I have to send more photos. Not the right way to deal with a damaged product . I remember that this was the last one seller had in stock . So he is making excuses to delay replacement or does not want to replace I had requested seller to send a replacement for the top panel or replace the entire product . Will not recommend this seller

  I loved the design and comfort of the chair but it was too low to the ground for me. I also loved that the chair arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Mostly, I loved that this dealer took to time to deal with my return immediately and was always on top of my order.
