  Seller marked item as shipped and provided a tracking number for a 2.5lb package (I ordered a 30lb bag of deer corn). One minute later, seller refunded order and sent a message stating "The courier informed us that due to too many packages, your package was sent to the wrong address due to an error in transit. We will arrange a special person to refund you in full". The seller did refund my order, but then relisted the SAME item at a higher price. Something just doesn't add up.
