Reply day 7, return & they would send replacement. Said that I wanted item, not refund. Day 12, told to re-order as had been refunded. Re-ordered within 20 mins of previous message. Day 30 tracking said 'sender despatching item'. Day 44 asked for update, as nothing on tracking. No reply. Day 51 escalated to 'not received' with ebay. Reply to be delivered 'tomorrow'. Tracking showed posted day 51. Rec'd day 52.
