      Smooth transaction. Unfortunately wrong color was sent twice, but the customer service and response time was awesome...the customer response agent did what they could to rectify the problem. Sometimes the shipping dept has issues, this unit has the same model number for both white and black versions, only noted by "white" of "black" on the label, and one had neither. So part shipping dept, part manufacturer error. Seller did refund purchase.
