  The motorcycle wheel balancer they shipped to me did not look like the wheel balancer in the ad. There were pieces missing. I purchased this item from them based on price and features shown in the pictures. The item that arrived did not have the particular parts and features that was my reason for purchasing from this seller V.S. other sellers. I have tried to contact the seller twice over a week and they have not responded to my messages.

  I ordered 2 5 Gal. Jerry Cans and one of the two cans was damaged, I presume in the shipping process. I contacted Yallstore and they shipped me a brand new replacement fuel can at no charge to me. They also said not to bother shipping the damaged one back to them. I had the replacement in hand within four days. Great customer service!!! Thank you Yallstore , Mike D

  Bass arrived quickly and was packaged well. Had a few issues when the bass arrived. Minor cosmetic things but nothing to major. It did need a few adjustments to the string height but that wasn't too bad. I contacted the seller and let them know the info and they were very considerate. They rectified the issue quickly and answered all my questions professionally. Bass plays great and sounds great. Great price. Great customer service. I would by from this seller again.
