  I bought it as a returned item from this seller, and it's been fantastic. I use it daily. The seller deserves huge praise for their incredible support. They provided extra brushes and a 1-year warranty, which really exceeded my expectations. They were also quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful, (should be aware of time difference and holidays in China). A small tip: I've found that gradually pressing the portafilter down works best instead of pushing hard due to DC power.

  Everything was packed beautifully in a wooden box. There was not a scratch on the product. Looks new. Everything worked good so far and and thank you for providing me sample trays for me to try the product and I look forward to purchasing more trays and film from your store. The only thing I would suggest is letting your customer know that there is an 25% import tax that will be collected by US customs. Other than that, I’m enjoying the product. Will plan for the import tax for my tray & film.

  Only one chamber working. Absolutely rubbish machine and service. Offered no replacement or refund. Tried contacting seller to no solution. I’ve had to purchase from a different seller Yamikitchen have the worst customer service so all buyers beware !!

  The machines were delivered with no issues. No Damage to packages, or the units. Unboxed both of the units and all parts are there, and both operate as they should. Found that there are a few wood skewers in the boxes for trials. Very nice bonus! Every thing is in Chinese, instructions etc. but my wife and daughter are Chinese so this is not a problem if you are a buyer and speak another language my suggestion is using a translator. Other than that, these are perfect. Thank you!
