  seller accepted offer, then messaged and asked for more money. Then provided fake tracking number. 3 weeks now and seller keeps making excuses. very bad experience so far, still no idea if the item has been shipped or not.

  Fraudulent, unprofessional seller! BUYER BEWARE! This seller does not ship items won at auction, especially when the final price is low. This has happened twice now. Seller shows a tracking number, but the package is never sent. They relisted the item I ordered during the shipping window. They only respond to my inquiries by refunding my money. Frustrating to myself and client, who hand picked one of the gems herself. It has impacted my business negatively - that is unprofessional behaviour.
