    This seller should be banned from selling on ebay. Bought the product on March 6th. No communication at all about shipping. Contacted seller. No response sent a 2nd message delayed response. Said I'd get the shipping information by the end of the day. 5 days since and it has never shipped. Seller is a liar and thief. I will contact Toro too.

    Seller never shipped, no tracking number, never communicated to me why there was a delay or communicated that they would eventually ship in the future. Ebay of course saw the item was never shipped and gave me refund. This seller is a bum, AVOID!!! Would have been fine if the seller said they couldn't locate the item and refunded me but not a word of communication from them! BAD Seller!
