For those in similar situations know seller requires photos of packaging and item received before issuing refund, I was allowed to keep wrong item received free Ordered 2 pc. plier set, instead received shoe inserts.

    Had an issue with my order when it arrived unfortunately on one of the two controllers joysticks broken which was not! the sellers fault. Contacted the seller about it and they were very friendly and understanding and corrected the problem very fast and made it right. Shipping was also fast Would recommend and buy from seller again.

    Shipped very quickly but packaging was a little rough. Just wrapped in a bit of plastic. The controller feels cheap but it's 2 for $20 so can't really complain. Thank you. But a single layer of bubble wrap goes a long way.
