The item appeared brand new & exactly as described. Seller was very accommodating. Communication & customer service were stellar. The problem was the USPS. Their actions are unacceptable and sadly irresponsible. Their rift with the government is only making it hard for American buyers. It better get resolved soon or my buying days at E-Bay are over.
