    Exactly the part I needed! Description was very clear and accurate to what I needed. Seller was very quick to message as a last verification of item and quickly shipped out with no waste in time. Packaging was very secure and sturdy and item came in perfect condition! Price was a little expensive but it was worth it for the fast shipping and great quality the key came in. Will order from here again if I need to replace another keycap!

    I had picked the wrong key, the seller sent an email saying what I had ordered to confirm. I responded and he checked to see if he had it. He didn't but he got someone he knew had it to ship the right one to me. He checked before he he sent it to confirm, let me know when it shipped. The right key and the attachments needed for the keyboard arrived well packed and in a timely manner. BEST customer service EVER! I definitely recommend him!

    I cannot praise the service given by "A Friend Like Me" highly enough! The products (replacement covers for a laptop keyboard) are small and low cost, but the service is five star! I recently ordered a "Shift" key cover, but when it arrived I realised that it was not what I expected. On contacting Adam he explained that a UK keyboard was slightly different to a US one and he offered to replace they cover if he could find one. Luckily he could, and the new one arrived in less than a week.
