    The power supply adapter for my HP Pavilion All-in-One Model No. 27 - a127c arrived on time, perfectly, packaged and exactly as descibed. It was also in prestine condition and brand new as stated. The connection was solid. Unfortunately, it did not work. When I powered it on, it still beeped and advised: "ERROR: Unsupported adapter installed." I requested return/refund and my cc was credited back the full amount the next day. Outstanding service!
