    Seller contacted me after the negative feedback that I provided. To be clear, the seller is an honorable person. The delay in shipping was NOT his fault. I live in Hawaii, which often experiences problems with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS etc. I would encourage anyone to purchase from this seller! Additionally, I did not know that, in answering the email from ebay regarding my experience, the feedback would become public. I thought I was giving private feedback to seller.

    This seller is awesome honest and very communicative the buyer described the items perfectly. Team is new price was on point. B&M shifter are sturdy and they look great in any vehicle. This seller great he found and issue with the shift that didn’t bother me and offered a partial refund. I said it wasn’t necessary however he still did a partial refund. I would definitely be willing to purchase from this seller in the future. Will be adding seller to my favorites list thank you again.
