  I ordered a 20 pack of Volvo hood quilt clips, which did arrive. However, the very first clip I took out of the bag was deformed during the manufacturing process, shipped to the USA, without any quality control. I'm not blaming the actual seller for the issue, since they asked me for the item number and tracking number of the item. They also reassured me that they would send me another clip.
