  My item arrived late and damaged but the seller was very helpful and understanding of the product arriving damaged and assured me that I will receive a full refund back to me which I did. This seller is honest and did not argue with me at all, I will still purchase from them with confidence, it's not their fault that happened to my product.

  When I purchased the resistance bands the advertisement stated "Au stock" and I thought it was going to be shipped from Australia. I later found out the vendor is located in China, so this seems deceptive. In any event I received delivery after 8 days, which was not much beyond local expectations. I am therefore not marking the review down but I note the deceptive advertising.
