    This seller sent me the completely wrong item. Not only that, but the packaging was heavily torn and very obviously used. When confronting the seller, they unapologetically said if I send it back and the item is used, they will deduct 80% of the original cost. This is sounding very scammy to me, so took plenty of photos as proof. Beware!

    Purchased on March 8; a mailing label was created on March 10. Then the the tracking number revealed that the item hadn’t moved. I submitted two status requests and they were both ignored. My third request contained the magic word “feedback” and suddenly the package started moving. The vendor blamed the post office. What might have happened was a label was printed, but the item wasn’t taken to the post office. Of course it could be a coincidence. But I won’t use this vendor again.

    Hi, Sr your package was delivered March 19/2025 I don't understand why you left a negative feedback, I explained you that once we leave it in the mail we do not have any control over it, we apologize but it is not our fault. please reconsider remove the negative feedback because affect my sales and this is my only income, I'm a single woman with two kids, thanks and God Bless You.
