  I received my order quickly, it was exactly as described, and I am thrilled with the item.  It had been damaged during shipping but when I reached out and made them aware of the issue the seller quickly responded and resolved the issue by sending me a replacement part.  Clear and quick communications, would buy from this seller again.

  We’ve had our distiller about a week. It’s been working great. I’ve owned 2 other brands , one was over 200.00. But this new one is my favorite so far. The pot cleans up easily. Shipping was fast.   It had a bent part that probably occurred in shipping which I finally fixed so I could continue to assemble the trike. Seller was very helpful and professional (even though I probably sounded frustrated in my communication with seller) helping me to solve this problem and offers a $50 refund for the inconvenience I had.
