    Unbelievably fast international shipping!! Great seller! Keyboard is brand new, packed very nicely, and fits the HP 13-ae Spectre laptop. Minor note, it's a US keyboard but a few keys have slightly different text then the listing picture. The right alt says 'alt gr' instead of just 'alt', and the shift keys, tab, enter, and backspace keys do not spell out those words, just have the arrow symbols. Not big deal tho, the correct arrow symbols are there and the keys in correct place.

    Good support from the team. The transporter tried to deliver when I was out of country for a long time, which led to package returning to warehouse. Thanks to the support the team, we solved it, they were very nice! For the product : I bought it for the SF314-54 version, because I wanted to add a SSD drive. The caddy is NOT the original one, but works very well. Original one is a metal plate, with holes to fix to computer case. This one use rubber, it fits inside and don't move! You can use it.
