  It was a rough beginning when seller shipped but returned for no postage paid but great communication, they reshipped and great product for good price. Accidents happen and I don't believe it was their fault.

  These socks balled up on the bottom after one washing. They were NOT the usual Bombas quality. They also arrived in a package that said "Not for Resale", which was strange. The seller did refund part of the price after I complained, but didn't fully refund my payment.

  You were the one who wanted to return worn and washed socks, we didn't have to return the socks and gave you a 70% refund, and you accepted the offer, and now you're claiming that we're only giving you a partial refund, which you agreed to.
