  The numbers on the back were bubbling, wrinkled and had tears on the inside cutouts of the "8"s. I contacted the seller and was advised that due to the way the package was tightly wrapped for shipping, this may have been the cause of the issues. I was then told to try to iron it, placing a cloth between the iron and shirt. That worked to remove the bubbles, but not the tears. It was a gift, and non-returnable. I was embarrassed to gift it, promised recipient to find another one.
