    Product advertised in a SEALED box. My purchase didn't arrive in a sealed box. Sealed to me means the box is wrapped in cellophane or there is a round tape at the lid. Still, I would have accepted the purchase if the jar inside carried a seal under the lid. That was not there either. I would have given this seller a negative rating for lying, but he did offer an immediate apology and refund ( after I mailed the product back) Note to self, never purchase off-market cosmetics from e-bay.

    Thank you for your purchase. We receive bulk shipments direct from manufacturers, and we don't open the inner box for inspection of cosmetics. I did get confirmation from the manufacturer that certain lots did not have a seal because of manufacturing scarcities and supply chain disruptions. Buyer wanted to return the item, which we promptly worked with her and guided her through a quick and efficient return process. Thank you for your feedback.
