    There was a mixup during packaging where a paperback copy was picked and shipped for a hard cover copy that was ordered. I asked the seller about it and they honestly replied that the mistake was on their end. A full refund for the item was sent immediately and I will not hesitate to order more from ZBK.     Super Fast Shipping! Other than a little sticker damage the book was as described, new and pristine. Triple A plus! Given the opportunity I will buy again. *** Buyers on eBay; the seller should not be held responsible for USPS issues. Lately they've been slow as heck, and irresponsible. *** I ordered something and it took 21 day to arrive, when I received the item was missing and I got half a box.

    If I remember correctly, it was listed as like new, but this book is very clearly BRAND new & I'm thrilled. I received the item in just a few days, it was shipped immediately & although I had no need for communication, I am sure the seller would have been excellent had I needed to communicate. A ++ transaction, I would absolutely buy again from the seller, w absolutely zero hesitation.
