  The costume was delivered with holes in the hand, I contacted the seller straight away for a replacement and they are still telling me that they will replace it for me. I ordered this on the 20th March, today is the 13th May; this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I have now asked for an immediate refund so that my son can purchase another costume elsewhere with his savings. For a kid who worked hard to save money, to then receive a faulty product that the seller is not willing to rectify is unacceptable.
