    The item in the description was in New, sealed condition and included a charger. The item I received had unsealed package, already opened with dirt on the adhesive, the phone had marks of cleaning on the back, the screen cover inside had signs of use (scratched) and there was no Apple sticker whatsoever, which comes always with the sealed product from Apple. Nevertheless, after contacting them they issued me a refund for the charger and the price difference for the Open box condition.
