We use high quality dense MDF from our national supplier that is much heavier than the big box stores. Our supplier then has it laminated with Wilsonart laminate before shipping to us.

The issue is one of the inserts is warped and unusable. I contacted Zerosert so we’ll see what they say. They’re a great value and are very easy to set up and start cutting with no tear out.

Wish it would have come with some leveling screws, but hey. The condition of the packaging was really nice. It was well protected and arrived in perfect condition.
