    Product was slow to ship. When it was received one of the components was damaged. The box that it came in was not. So, product was broken before it was shipped to me. Contacted the seller and finally agreed on a refund amount. Overall, I was pleased with the product as it was OEM, NOT a replacement. The seller stood behind the product. It took a while to work out the refund deal. But, I was pleased with the seller and would buy from them again.

    I ordered what were supposed to be Delco spark plugs. The plugs I recieved were counterfeits. They didn't have any lot numbers on them, along with missing some distinct characteristics of a Delco plug. Buyer beware, they may say Delco on the packaging, and part, but, they are not Delco parts. The seller did accept them back, and issue a refund.
