  Hate to leave negative feedback. But this seller has been horrible and a pain to deal with. Ordered 4 of this item to get the discount and because i have a of 4 of the mounts. The seller sent me 2 of the 4 I ordered and paid for. I sent a message and a photo showing that they only sent 2 of the 4 it paid for. Seller stonewalled me. I had to get EBAT involved and seller finally sent the last 2 I paid for. No I would not recommend this seller as it took over a month to resolve this Avoid

  Shipping was way faster than I expected. The gimbal was new, and its box looked like it had never been opened. So far, I think this was a fantastic deal, and I would absolutely buy from zhiyun-officials again. I have not used it yet, as I am charging it fully before testing it out. If there are any issues, I will update the review, but it looks like that won't be necessary.
