  Seller is offering this as a "New Unused" item, which it clearly is not. Came well packaged, in an unlabeled container, which upon opening, is very well used. In fact, per Panasonic, the battery is subject of a safety recall because of fire. Numerous negative contacts with the seller to refund my purchase, led to his final response of "go buy another one". This seller should be removed, for selling a very used, worn out product, as a "Genuine New" item. All subject to safety recall.
