    I was glad to find one of these keys for my collection as they do not come up very often and I really wanted one. It arrived in great condition just as described and was well packed. The shipping costs were great for the packaging received. On top of all that, the seller was even willing to work with me on the price, something I really appreciated. It was a great transaction and I’ll be checking back to see if this seller has other pieces I could add in the future.

    Sure it arrived on time as promised and well packaged but I didn t notice this item was plastic. Thought it was wood. In any case a terrific seller experience, so that counts for something. 😎

    The listing clearly identified this item as being a plastic material and nowhere in the listing was it indicated that this was made of wood. In fact, Vintage Lerner Melville desk organizers are made of a plastic alloy. The buyer could have communicated to us that he was not satisfied with the purchase and we would have immediately accepted a refund and issue a full refund. Instead the buyer complains that this item is not wooden when no such product exists from this manufacturer.
